Usage and Booking Conditions

After you have sent us booking (by letter, by phone or personal) you got a written confirmation from us with a bill and the bank account data.

The deposit is 20 % of the rental and is to pay within 14 days after receipt of the confirmation. For this period the cottage is reserved for you.

The booking is first binding with the deposit payment in time. The remainder is to pay latest 42 days befor the date of the start of rent.

The following cancellation or partial cancellation charges will apply:

In the rental are included:
Use of bed clothes, towles and kitchen clothes. Current nad hot water. Use of the swimmingpool and the sun beds. Inventory like in a list described. Periodic cleaning of the houses.

As a bail for possible damages are 300 Euro to leave at arrival. For all damages, which are caused by the resident and/or fellow traveller, they be liable for jointly and severally.

Pets are not allowed.
Please do not smoke inside the houses.

Cancellation by adverse circumstances
If we cannot provide a booking because of war, riot, terrorist activities, disaster, fire, flight cancellations or flood we cannot take responsibility or liability. So no compensation can be paid. You should ensure that your travel insurance policy covers such eventualities.
